Kerkhuis is ideal for bigger families or large group of friends. The unit has two bedrooms, a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and another with two bunk beds and two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all the essentials you’ll need for a carefree stay on the farm, including an indoor fire place for braaiing. There’s also a large table to dine around or play card games until late at night.
The name of the unit derives from the days when it was used as a place of worship. The foreman used to lead prayers in the building for all the staff living and working on the farm and their families. The unit was converted to accommodate guests in various phases starting in 2016.
The front door of the unit overlooks the mountain with unparalleled views of the starry skies at night. A private braai area is situated next to Kerkhuis. Come and unwind and experience the tranquillity that only the Karoo can offer.
